The facility is situated on 20,000 square meters of land, We are specialized in design, validation of aluminium and copper brass technology. The manufacturing setup has unique facilities including CAB furnace for tube & fin or plate type aluminium brazing. We cater to small to large size and low to medium volume products for the different applications like power generation, off highway’s, industrial, locomotive and others as per customer requirements.
At Fluid Dynamics Pvt Ltd., We design, develop, manufacture and assembly complete cooling systems, comprising Heat Exchangers like Radiator, Charge Air Coolers, Oil Coolers etc. De-aeration Tanks, Fan, Motor, Fan Cowl, Fan guard, Stone Guard & Similar sheet metal accessories, Mounting Frame/Skid and similar Fabricated Parts. Our products cover a wide range from 7.5kva to 3000 kva of power.
At Fluid Dynamics, We offer a wide range of sheet metal components for applications such as Automotive & Industrial engines. We specialize in offering deep drawn components like Oil Pan, Shell Covers, Couplings, Cross Members etc.

Design & Development Centre:

The qualified and talented team of engineers having knowledge, experience of design, development and application engineering across various applications and operating conditions. The centre is equipped with latest softwares for thermal engineering, FabriWIN & Cimatron for tool design, ALGOR & FEA for structural simulation and Pressure performance predictions for cooling matrixes etc.
The centre enables us to meet the challenges of the increasing market demands for Rapid prototyping of cost effective, energy efficient products and new customized, innovative applications.

Manufacturing Technology:

At Fluid Dynamics, We manufacture more than 1,00,000 units per annum of cooling systems in both Copper-Brass and Brazed Aluminium Construction.
The manufacturing technology and machineries were brought from Europe. Our production lines are also equipped with Fin Machines, Core Assembly Stations, Tank Clinching Equipment and TIG/MIG Welding stations. Our plant deploys state of the art 1000 Ton Hydraulic Press. The facility is equipped with CNC machines, various types of presses and In-House Aluminium & Steel fabrications shops, powder coating facility. We continuously invest in and upgrade our Technical capabilities to offer best-in-class products. As a part of the invest in technology process we have started manufacturing of more efficient CAC comprising technologically advanced HFW tubes with inner fins with lighter weight. We have a standard tool room department for calibration of master samples, gauges and instruments.

Testing and Validation Infrastructure:

The testing and validation processes are carried out in-house. Fluid Dynamics have design licenses for product simulation and calculation, after completion of these processes the products are verified by laboratory tests and final design activities are performed by R&D specialists. We have a design data bank of the tested calibrated coolers from Europe.

Also, one stop design and solution offering have enabled us to provide highly optimized solutions to meet the exact cooling needs of our customers at effective cost.

  • UPC-3000 Ultrasonic Process Controller.
  • C28-CINCINNATI Dry Leak Test System, etc.
